Wash Deposits CIP CLOUD

CLEAN IN PLACE is a system used to wash deposits, tanks and cisterns.

This handy and versatile system integrates CLOUD SELLER 360 model SS with two outlets. It has a 283.2 l/min consumption and its effective operation radius is 6m for 500.000 litres deposits.

• The capacity of the deposit is 1000 litres and incorporates a 80-kg centrifugal pump, with a flow rate of 800 l/min at 6 bar
• The system has a level sensor for protection and a pressure gauge at the pump outlet.

Water is reused using a closed circuit (decanting process in auxiliary deposit). Water goes through nylon filters that prevent >0.2mm solids getting through.

• Its design guarantees a long useful life. It is made of stainless steel which is simple to maintain and easy to clean.
• An absorption pump can be added to recirculate water when working with deposits below the system level.
