Machine for cleaning plastic pallets or bins

System that allows for both interior and exterior washing of the plastic pallet or bins inside a completely closed cabin. Depending on the washing and draining times, the machine can wash up to 60 bins/hour.

For exterior washing, it has a flow pump while for interior washing of the pallets, a high-pressure pump is used.

Allows adjustment of the cycle times for interior washing, exterior washing, and draining.

Equipped with a closed circuit with sedimentation filtration for reuse and responsible use of the water used. Approximate consumption of 2 liters of water for each bin or pallet washed.

Counter for washed units.

Possibility of use in automatic or manual mode, and to incorporate a stacking and unstaking system for the bin container. Also RFid systems for TRACEABILITY.

Includes fencing barrier for safety and access control for personnel to the loading and unloading area with light signaling.
