Container Washers 3 Modules

Industrial system to wash IBCs internally.

It consists on:

1) Static platform to rest the container with an angle, to make wastewater removal easier.

2) Holder for washing pipe which rotates with a electric engine, and pneumatic cylinder for up/down movement.

3) Electrical PE cabinet with display, timer and programme selection. It has passive safety components.

Its design guarantees a long useful life. It is made of stainless steel which is simple to maintain and easy to clean.

Optional:

• Pressure pump 160 bar and 10 l/min. Suitable for hot water.
• EKIGREEN system to reuse water, it has grids, decanting systems and filters. Resistances are used to heat up water.
