The EKINSA plastic box washers are washing and/or rinsing tunnels that are entirely constructed from stainless steel, cleaning the boxes from the inside and outside.
In both machines, the boxes are introduced manually, the difference between the two models is the internal displacement, which is performed by a motorized chain that moves the box through the rinsing and final washing only in the AUTOMATIC version.
In both models of box washing machine, the water is reused and filtered, significantly saving on consumption and discharges.
Both models consist of:
Input and output guides for plastic boxes.
Integral washing tunnel.
Removable side panel Injectors for the interior and exterior washing of the boxes.
Regulation of the boxes in width and height.
2 Removable mesh pre-filters.
Mesh filter in the suction of the pump (removable).
Water tank.
Total drainage valve.
Water filling valve.
4HP stainless steel centrifugal pump. (*Note: the AUTOMATIC model has 2 centrifugal pumps).
Electrical panel.
4 Wheels. 2 of them swivel with brake.
