The Barrel Washer INNOVAC for 225/500 liter barrels is designed to facilitate the cleaning and hygienization process of barrels, significantly reducing the physical effort of the operator, thanks to a system that allows the barrel to be flipped with ease. This portable equipment is equipped with a multidirectional rotation washing system that enables a jet of cold or hot water at high pressure to reach all interior points of the barrel, performing an optimal and safe wash.
Standard equipment:
Includes a safety coil of minimal tension in the event of an electrical tension drop.
All sensitive parts of the machine (motor, reducer, etc.) are protected from water.
Its design ensures a long useful life and is entirely constructed from stainless steel, easy to maintain and clean.
Ready for 225/500 lts. barrels.
Accepts hot water up to 90°C.
The equipment includes a guide cart as standard, which allows and facilitates the loading, unloading, and rotation of 225/500 lts. barrels, saving physical effort and work time.
* NOTE: The pressure and/or steam washing machine is not included in the standard equipment.
