The automatic Q&P corking system is a tool designed to facilitate the extraction and placement of corks in barrels.
This is an automatic pneumatic equipment with a structure of two clamps for extracting the cork coupled with a rotating mechanism, allowing the tasks of extraction and placement of corks to be performed with less effort and automatically.
It includes a tray with disinfectant solution where the removed corks are placed, which are then reinserted once disinfected to seal the already treated and filled barrels.
This new system allows for the automation of processes in the chain and a considerable reduction in cleaning and treatment times for barrels, helping to improve the competitive position of wineries.
