Batonnage is a technique to remove wine lees from barrels, whilst wine is still in.

A glyceric volume increase and a better unctuosity are achieved with this device.
It improves wine stability and ageing.

Saving time and physical effort.

This system can be programmable for different spinning times. It allows adjusting standby, resting and restart times.

Suitable to operate with or without rack.

Suitable for 225 – 228 – 300 lts barrels.

The electrical cabinet holder can be detachable for a better storing.

It is manufactured in stainless steel, according to European CE marking.
